Ravindara Kota, with more than 25 years of rich experience in Direct Selling, leadership, and manifestation coaching, has guided thousands of people to build successful careers, achieve financial freedom, and develop strong entrepreneurial mindsets.

* 2000 – Transitioned from working as a TV Technician to entering the Direct Selling Industry, beginning a new chapter filled with challenges and opportunities. * 2003 – 2009 – Faced struggles in building teams and sustaining growth, which led to a realization that structured knowledge and proper mentorship were missing in the market. * 2010 – Invested lakhs of rupees in learning from three International Trainers, completed advanced mentorship, and officially began the training journey. * 2010 – 2015 – Conducted workshops and mentoring programs across India, helping 2,000+ people transform their careers and achieve measurable success. * 2016 – 2023 – Expanded reach with RK World Academy, launched specialized programs such as Train the Trainer, 91 Days Deeksha, and Leadership Development Tools.
