This policy applies to paid workshops, online sessions, learning programs or other offerings sold by RK World Academy, unless a specific offer or checkout page clearly states a different policy before payment.
2. Review details before payment
Please check the program description, date and time, format, fee, inclusions and cancellation conditions before completing payment. The fee and the policy shown on the relevant offer or checkout page at the time of purchase should be reviewed together.
3. Participant cancellation requests
If you cannot attend a session or wish to cancel a registration, contact RK World Academy as soon as possible using the website contact form and include your name, registered email or phone number, program name, payment reference (if applicable) and reason for the request. A request is not considered approved until a response confirms the applicable next step.
4. Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the specific program, the timing of the request, whether the service or session has already been delivered, and applicable consumer law. Any non-refundable fee, cancellation deadline or special condition must be clearly disclosed before payment. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be sent through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the bank or payment provider. Any applicable payment-provider charges or deductions will be handled only as disclosed before purchase and as permitted by law.
5. Rescheduling or cancellation by RK World Academy
If a session is cancelled or materially rescheduled by RK World Academy, participants will be informed using the contact details supplied at registration. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an alternative date, credit or refund may be offered. The applicable option will be communicated directly.
6. Technical difficulties
Participants are responsible for using a compatible device and a reasonably reliable internet connection. If a technical issue on the provider's side prevents a session from being delivered, please contact us promptly so the circumstances can be reviewed. A participant's own connectivity or device issue does not automatically guarantee a refund; any decision will follow the disclosed program terms and applicable law.
7. Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you made a duplicate payment or were charged incorrectly, contact us with the transaction reference and relevant details. We will review the payment record and arrange any verified correction or refund as appropriate.
8. How to request help
Use the contact form on the RK World Academy website and choose the relevant program or general enquiry option. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, OTPs or other payment credentials in a message.
